Kyoshin Lohr, the founder and artistic director has been producing at regional theatre since 2003. Act Underground Theatre Company has its genesis as Trinity Theatre, NYC an Equity Showcase Theatre founded by Wendy Merritt and Penelope Morgan (Kyoshin Lohr).

 

Act Underground Theatre Company is a New York Registered Charity and has been the recipient of several Sullivan County for the Arts Decentralization Grants as well as a Sullivan Heritage Arts Grant.
